The focus I employ as a speaker is on the culture. Culture can be found in the womb, in the home, in the neighborhood, in the church, and in every organization in the world. Culture is everywhere. It is the core of all human behavior. It impacts the high and the low, the rich and poor, the gang member and the college graduate.
A contaminated culture programs many innocent children to become deviant rebels of society. It breaks up families, it stagnates churches, it lowers effectiveness in organizations and negatively impacts productivity in corporate institutions. Wherever there is a need to change behavior for the good, identifying and changing the culture is the key.
Even though the influences of culture are unseen, culture can be created or changed. There are unseen tools that are necessary to changing culture and I have discovered and identified them. These tools are necessary to make changes in your world on many different levels. Allow me to share with you new strategies to change behavior in your home, community, and organization.
